5. Payment Terms and Enrollment
Course Fees and Payment
- Course fees are clearly stated in Euros during enrollment

- Late payment may result in suspended access to course materials
Refund Policy
Full Refund (within 7 days)
Complete refund available if cancellation occurs within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing course materials.
Partial Refund (within 14 days)
50% refund available if cancellation occurs within 14 days and less than 25% of course content has been accessed.
No Refund (after 14 days)
No refunds available after 14 days or once 25% or more of course content has been accessed.

Termination by Student
Students may terminate their enrollment according to our refund policy outlined above. Upon termination:

- • Refunds will be processed according to our policy
- • Outstanding assignments will not be evaluated
Termination by Viral Academy
We may terminate access immediately for violations of these terms, including:
- • Breach of prohibited activities listed above
- • Non-payment of course fees
- • Disruptive behavior toward staff or students
- • Sharing course materials without authorization
- • Misuse of our systems or technology
Effects of Termination
